The DIALOGOPERU mobile application allows you to register, consult and share information on social conflicts by the team of the Secretariat for Social Management and Dialogue of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
The mobile application is used by staff who work in the office (entity facilities or at home by teleworking) and by staff who work in the field (coordinators and/or territorial managers).
Among the main functionalities of the mobile application are:
• The visualization of cases of social conflict, alerts of conflictive situations and situations sensitive to conflict.
• The management of resources (audios, videos, images, documents, notes) for cases of social conflict and situations sensitive to conflict.
• The assignment of those responsible for tasks related to cases of social conflict, alerts of conflictive situations and situations sensitive to conflict.
