At Peace through Yoga, we meet students where they are — physically, spiritually and geographically. More than 30 certified instructors bring the practice and teachings of yoga to students of all ages and abilities at our three studios nestled in communities in the greater area of Indianapolis, Indiana: Speedway, Danville and Franklin.

We offer yoga classes and workshops to integrate the tenets of yoga into everyday life, plus retreats and certified yoga teacher training, all of which make Peace through Yoga a vital resource for each community we serve. Our studios' relaxed environment, free from judgment and expectations, is home to Real Life Yoga.

Our classes include Vinyasa Level I, Level I-II, Level II (Power), Gentle/Restorative, Yin, Candlelight Flow, Beginners classes and workshops, Ashtanga and Yoga Trapeze. We also offer weekly meditation classes and weekend workshops.

Our Real Life Yoga Immersion program is certified by Yoga Alliance to provide 200-hr teacher training programs. For more than 15 years, Peace through Yoga has cultivated some of Indy's finest teachers.
