The fulfillment of these tasks is almost impossible without increasing the shelf life of products, giving them a trading "appetizing form" and such flavoring qualities that would stimulate buying such products more and more.

And the solution is food additives. They are divided into several categories, each performs its special function.

Our app collects the most commonly used food additives, the source of information about them is information posted in the public domain.

The food additives classification is also made on the basis of public information: dangerous (very dangerous, forbidden), suspicious (undesirable) ones, and safe ones.
