FLECO PowerPay transactions can be process both online and offline using android smartphone, regular phone via SMS, or through web browser. All platforms can process electric bills and reconnection fee payments.

FLECO PowerPay objective is to help the Cooperative to increase collection efficiency, MCO’s to provide additional payment channel, and Authorized Merchants for additional source of income.

FLECO PowerPay aims to bring payment center at a community level for the convenience of its MCO's on the 11 towns which the cooperative currently is providing electricity service.

FLECO PowerPay also brings MCO’s a cheap alternative payment channel for paying their electric bills and reconnection fee anytime of the day.
