ACAPI - Eating Right App was founded with the desire to create a habit of reminding healthy eating, updating food news, connecting the community so that everyone can share good things and fight to say no. with dirty food, which is gradually destroying the health and well-being of Vietnamese people.
We have developed Eat Well for the following content:
1. Physical Check
Through calculating BMI weight and height, users will check their body condition, then we will give the principle for a normal diet, gain weight, lose weight and suggest suitable menu. suitable for body condition.
Calculating the calorie index: After checking the user knows how many calories he needs a day, thereby indirectly controlling the food intake to successfully implement his diet.

We built the "Expert Q&A" function so that software users can ask questions to experts in the field of health and food, to get the most accurate answers.
