"Odessa poker" (other names: student poker, Russian poker, Georgian poker, painted poker, backyard poker, village poker, joker, children's poker, flip poker, bribe poker) is a conventional name for a card game that vaguely resembles preference. It is also often called simply poker, which is not true, because it has nothing to do with real poker, but represents a "lightweight" version of preference.
