Animal Helper works on a similar principle as the Provincial Emergency Notification Centers. The basic assumption is to bring together notifications concerning animals in one place. Your report will be forwarded to qualified HQ staff who will then notify the appropriate local law enforcement and emergency services or charity as appropriate.
