The K2 Arena sports complex includes 3 climbing walls, a small and large fitness room, Indoor Cycling hall with modern equipment, a gym, a Cross room, a children's playroom with a babysitter (daily from 15 to 21), a sauna and a restaurant with delicious food - including daily Lunches, homemade ice cream and a lot of dishes from the Fit type.

Climbing walls
We have 3 climbing walls: one outside, one boulder - that is, on which there is only a mattress and the highest wall, or 14 m with auto-belaying (a special, certified machine, thanks to which you can come on climbing alone). For those who come to us for the first time, we do a short START training and after 10-15 minutes. you can climb already. You can rent all the necessary equipment on-site or buy it in our store. Children under adult supervision can try their skills regardless of their age. Youth from the age of 16, can climb alone with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. It is a great fun that develops all muscle parties and motor coordination, breaks down various internal fears and develops the motility of the entire body.

Fitness lessons
The K2 Arena provides a variety of activities. In the gym or fitness room graph, we can find, among others, Yoga, Zuma, TRX, Cross, Pilates, Step Power, Body Ball and special classes like "Flat stomach", "Super Buttocks" or "Healthy spine". There are also Indoor Cycling group riding lessons on the most modern bicycles in the province - Tomahawk IC6 (currently Life Fitness). In this case, we have a choice of different types of activities - Power, fun or start. You can come with children - from the age of 4 you can leave your kids in the playroom under the care of the animator present from the hours from 15 to 21. You can register for classes online. The gym
The gym is equipped with modern training equipment for each muscle party, free weights, crossfit cage and cardio equipment with access to the Internet, where we can connect headphones and use, for example, the platform YouTube.com.

Occasional events
In K2, we can organize birthdays, social events or come with an organized group. It is necessary to book a date in advance, and we will find prepared equipment and our instructors on site.
