mojeIKP is a free application from the Polish Ministry of Health. Install and receive e-referrals and e-prescriptions right on your phone. Show the QR code at a pharmacy and fill an e-prescription without providing your PESEL (Polish resident identification number). Review your treatment history. Set a reminder to take the medication. Check the medication's leaflet by scanning its packaging. Grant access to your Electronic Medical Records (EDM) to medical staff and facilities. In an emergency, use the rescue function, which will provide step-by-step instructions on how to provide first aid. Have important healthcare phones on hand.
