The app was developed by the LUX MED Group in collaboration with experts from the LUX MED Rescue Academy – doctors and paramedics with many years of experience.

All content complies with the current guidelines of the European and Polish Resuscitation Councils.

What you'll find in the app:

First Aid Guide – simple instructions in the form of images, text, and voice recordings that will guide you step-by-step.

Useful tools:

A metronome to help maintain the rhythm of chest compressions,
A quick call to the emergency number,
A map of AED defibrillators with the location of the nearest device,
A map of LUX MED locations and pharmacies where you can get help or purchase necessary medical supplies.

Knowledge Base - information on how to respond in the event of loss of consciousness, choking, road accidents, poisoning, or hemorrhage.
Knowledge Test - a short quiz to test your knowledge of first aid.
Messages and Alerts - current information, warnings, and guidelines on safety and first aid.
