The Mobile ISOF application is used to run the ISOF-ERP system on Android mobile devices (including Data Terminals) and to install a digital certificate enabling access to the commercial version of the system.

In addition, it also allows future users to become familiar with ISOF-ERP by working with a demo version of the system, which does not require a certificate.

The Mobile ISOF application reads the parameters of smartphones or tablets and adapts the system interface to the relatively small screen of these devices and touch operation. You navigate through the system modules using icons on the main desktop and via a mobile menu activated via the so-called "hamburger" (three horizontal lines placed close to each other).

The mobile version of CRM Activities allows you to preview, edit and add a new Activity, display Activities in the form of a list, with an advanced search filter, support for notes and the ability to make a telephone call to the contractor associated with the selected Activity, also in teleconference mode. The contractor associated with the Activity is selected using an autosuggestion mechanism with automatic selection. Filter templates save your favorite settings for the generated list.

The CRM Activities and Customer Orders modules in the Mobile ISOF application constitute the basic set of functions used in practice by sellers and sales representatives (preselling and vanselling). Preselling means reaching the seller to as many small sales points as possible and collecting sales orders at the retail point. Automatic registration of these orders in the central system starts the logistics process and delivery of orders to specific points. Thanks to the mobile application, the representative has access on his smartphone to the full history of work with the client as well as to the list of related Activities and new tasks and orders to be completed during subsequent visits. In turn, vanselling in ISOF improves the work of representatives who sell directly from their car and issue sales documents.
