"(O) Polish history" - is an educational mobile application for everyone, regardless of age and place of residence.

The application was created as part of the project of the Opole Voivode entitled "(O) Polish Mobile History" to the Multiannual Program "Niepodległa" for the years 2017-2022. For this purpose - in 2021 - the Opole Voivode received a total of PLN 64,000 from the state budget.

In the application, dedicated to mobile devices in Android and iOS, we can find places of memory, photos and profiles of Opole heroes. And all this in three categories: Silesian Uprising, Opole Heroes and the Latest History.

In addition, we have prepared routes for you that will allow you to visit several points related to a specific topic faster and easier.

The application is dedicated to everyone interested in the local history of the province. Opole. The content contained therein can also be used in the educational process of the youngest - therefore we encourage educators to use the application, e.g. during school classes.

From December 2021, for a year, new points will be added to the existing points on the map, in line with the above-mentioned. categories. The photos will be updated on a regular basis.

The partners of the project of the Opole Voivode is the Silesian Institute - responsible for the substantive part of the prepared content and the Board of Education - responsible for the promotion of the application among children and adolescents.
