ReceptaOnline.pl is an app that lets you obtain e-prescriptions, e-sick leave certificates, e-referrals, or teleconsultations without having to leave home. The entire process is fully online and in accordance with applicable medical law in Poland.

Important Information
- The app is intended for residents of Poland.
- Prescriptions, referrals, and sick leave certificates issued in the app are only accepted in Poland.
- The app is not intended for medical emergencies. In the event of a life-threatening situation, immediately call 112 for emergency medical assistance.

How does it work?

1. Download the app and create an account
2. Complete the medical form and attach documentation if necessary
3. Pay for the consultation and wait for the doctor to contact you (in as little as 15 minutes). For your first appointment, the doctor will contact you by phone to conduct an interview. For continued treatment, a phone call is not always required – if the doctor has additional questions, they will call the number you provided when ordering.
