The NawiGo application was created for residents and tourists, including primarily people with visual disabilities. It helps in moving independently around selected public utility facilities (e.g. offices or metro stations) located in Warsaw and 16 partner communes.
NawiGo in the office
Thanks to the micro-navigation system, you will easily find yourself in the office and take care of official matters step by step. The application will direct you to a specific stand, cash register or exit from the facility.
NawiGo in the subway
The micro-navigation system is also located at Warsaw metro stations.
NawiGo will lead you to the selected exit to the platform or exit from the station. Clear directions and voice messages as well as intuitive graphical navigation will help you reach the selected point. Thanks to NawiGo you will find out which elevator is not working.

Why was NawiGo created?
The creation of the micro-navigation system, including the NawiGo application, is the result of the implementation of the e-accessibility component implemented as part of the project "Virtual Warsaw Functional Area (Virtual WOF)", which was implemented in the capital city of Warsaw and 16 communes.
Virtual WOF is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020.
