The Suwałki Resident Card is a comprehensive program of activities aimed at improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of Suwałki. SKM entitles you to many discounts and preferences, incl. free travel by public transport for children and youth, cheaper tickets to the Aquapark and other sports facilities of the City of Suwałki, as well as discounts when purchasing admission tickets to the Suwałki Cultural Center. Having the Card also entitles you to use free kindergartens run by the City of Suwałki and discounts at the Municipal Nursery. The amount of the discounts depends on the target group.

The Suwałki Resident Card application is a mobile version of a plastic card. The application enables, among others

- managing your card and discounts,
- view the history of card use,
- adding cards of your relatives to the application,
- receiving messages from the Office
- access to the list of SKM program partners
