As part of the mobile application, further functions of the Procedure Assistant are available - the Contractor's Database and the Register of Prohibited Clauses.
The database of contractors is a tool enabling contracting authorities to in-depth evaluation of offers, and contractors to verify competitive offers. Based on the information received from all public units in Poland, we can check in the database whether any contractor received contractual penalties in the course of the contract, whether the contract was terminated or sued for improper performance of the contract, or whether this contractor misled some contracting authority.
Access to information is possible in the mobile application, on our website or in the form of a report (PDF) - all in an easy and accessible way.
We update the database every day!
Illegal clauses
One of the most important changes in the implementation of public procurement, introduced under the new public procurement law, is the so-called forbidden (abusive) clauses.
Clauses prohibited in contracts (including public procurement) are contractual provisions that shape the contractor's obligations in a grossly disproportionate manner to the type of contract and the risks associated with its implementation and therefore unacceptable.
Thanks to the register of prohibited clauses, users receive information on what types of provisions may be considered illegal, what contractual provisions to avoid, and what elements of the contract may pose a threat to the contracting authority and the contractor.
Access to information is possible in the mobile application, on the website or in the form of a report (PDF).
Prepare the correct contract with the Court Assistant's registry of prohibited clauses!
Our clients can verify the current judgments of common courts and the National Appeal Chamber in terms of possible abusive clauses in contracts.
