VSoft Mobile Workforce is a field service class product (FSM). Its main business benefit is centered around managing field employees and contractors. With the help of web panel managers can easily plan, coordinate and keep track of field activities by sending tasks to designated field agents, while those can instantly report back via image capture, filled in surveys, task status reports and notes with GPS logs once the task is completed.
