Chef Maritime Management Services Training and Assessment Center Corp. was established on September 20, 2002. Founded by ex -mariners / passenger cruise line / cruise ship; Founded also by a Cabin Stewardess and from Bar Department on board, the Bar Waitress MERCIVAL S. ARROYO & Familys’ owners of the said training center, a training institute that became COMPETITIVE EDGE IN THE GLOBAL MARKET.

Chef Maritime Management Services Training and Assessment Center Corp., was organized under the Philippine laws, authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission ( Company Reg. No.: CS200502048) in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines no. 68.

The Specialized training courses of the Chef Maritime Management Services Training and Assessment Center Corp. have been recognized and utilized by the top maritime manning agencies and land based agencies in providing crew and employment to international cruise ship, passenger vessels and hotel manpower.

In years to come, Chef Maritime Management Services Training and Assessment Center Corp. aims to offer the training needs of the seafarers and the OFW (Hotel Categories) going onboard and abroad with the purpose of further upgrading the standard of training.

In October 2004 , Chef Maritime Management Services Training And Assessment Center Corp. is committed, responsible to deliver quality training to Overseas Workers and Seafarers in compliance with the requirements of the TESDA , as pursuant to Republic Act. 7796 creating the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and in accordance with TESDA Board Resolution 98-03 dated January 23, 1998. Thereby, ensuring the proper Enhancement, quality graduates beyond client satisfaction towards the achievement of its goal.
