MEFuKo is an application designed to make it easier for users to take the MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) test online. The MMSE test itself is a standard instrument used to measure a person's cognitive level. This measurement is used to detect cognitive impairments such as problems with thinking, communication, comprehension, and memory. This test can also assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of patients who are undergoing cognitive therapy.

In MEFuKo, there are five components of cognitive level measurement that are in accordance with the MMSE instrument, namely the measurement of language level, attention, memory, orientation, and visuospatial abilities. In measuring the language level, the user is asked to repeat a sentence delivered by the application.

Meanwhile, in attention measurement, the user has to count backwards from 100 by subtracting 7 numbers for each count. For memory level measurement, the user will be given a few words to remember and repeat after a while. As for orientation measurements, the user will be asked about the time, place and date. Finally, in measuring visuospatial abilities, users are asked to imitate an image presented by the application.

In using MEFuKo, users will be given questions that can help determine the results of the MMSE test. After the test is completed, the test results will be immediately given to the user in the form of a number that indicates the user's cognitive level. The test results can be used as a reference to evaluate a person's cognitive abilities.

In its design, MEFuKo has a simple and user-friendly appearance that makes it easy for users from all walks of life to use.
