This application is limited to localities in the parish of Palmela and seeks to promote proximity between citizens and the Parish Council, facilitating the communication of incidents, using the cell phone's camera, within the scope of the authority's powers, namely:

- Replacement/maintenance of sidewalks;
- Maintenance of public gardens;
- Cutting herbs and applying herbicide (only in areas with sidewalks);
- Urban cleaning (manual);
- Conservation/replacement of toponymic signs or posts;
- Repair/maintenance of outdoor playgrounds and sports facilities.
