C-COM is built using Matrix, an open-source communication protocol developed with interoperability and privacy in mind. This enables people and organizations to manage their conversations, keeping all data within their control rather than it being stored by a service provider.

C-COM is both a secure messenger and a team collaboration app, ideal for group meetings/chats, while onsite or working remotely. This collaboration app uses an end-to-end encryption system in order to enhance video conferencing, file sharing, and voice calls.
