CTT Now allows occasional customers or contractual customers to make urgent pick-ups and deliveries in the greater lisbon region. The requests are defined by the identification of the collection and delivery addresses and associated objects. The maximum weight limit is 20 kg and the calculated time for the route and for the delivery and collection operation can not exceed 2 hours.

The occasional clients, after making and submitting the request, are directed to the payment of the service by credit card Visa / Mastercard.

After payment, the platform starts the process of associating a courier to the request.

When the courier is associated, the customer can follow through the functionality of LiveTracking the route and the service to be performed.
