The EVITA Platform is a digital tool that aims to support citizens concerned about their risk of cancer, those with genetic alterations at risk of hereditary cancer and all cancer patients.

On this platform you will be able to assess your possible predisposition to various types of hereditary cancer through a questionnaire that was based on a set of criteria developed by the National Genetics and Cancer Program (PROGO) of the Portuguese Society of Oncology, with the aim of raising awareness of the existence of familial predisposition syndromes for cancer.

By filling in your demographic data, you are contributing to:
• Improve your experience on the platform by allowing you to use all features without limitations (such as managing the clinical process, scheduling appointments in the future, among others)
• Increase knowledge about cancer in our society

• This Platform is not a Government APP. It was developed by the EVITA-Hereditary Cancer Association. EVITA's mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals and families affected by hereditary cancer.
