Application to support teleconsultations and telemonitoring of users in the municipality of Cascais.
Allows scheduling and carrying out teleconsultations, including the recording of clinical notes and medications (electronic prescription) by the doctor. Users in a telemonitoring program have a smartband and a specific monitoring plan in which limits of biometric parameters appropriate to their profile are defined (heart rate, oxygen saturation, steps and physical activity). Whenever one of these limits is exceeded, alerts are generated (on the web portal) for the responsible clinical team so that preventive action can be taken. The same happens when no measurements are detected by the user during a certain period.
The activity recorded in the application can be consulted in statistical reports and the management of all profiles and necessary settings can be made on the web portal.
