EBEfree is a digital program that can be carried out through a computer platform and is based on a program that has been clinically tested on groups of people with obesity and compulsive food intake and that has been shown to be very effective in reducing these problematic eating behaviors - BEfree.
The success of this program meant that the team received new funding in order to allow a greater number of people to benefit from this program. As a result of this, eBEfree was developed.
