The "QS residue monitoring" app supports QS system partners at the wholesale and processing/processing fruit, vegetables and potatoes levels in recording the accompanying sample data for QS residue monitoring.
The app offers the convenient option of recording sample data directly in the warehouse or in the field and transmitting it to the QS database via smartphone, laptop or tablet. The structured data query and the transparent distinction between mandatory and optional information enable simple and intuitive sample registration. The app offers additional time and work savings through integrated search functions in the input fields and the option of temporarily saving recorded entries even in offline mode.
QS wholesale companies as well as processors and processors use the same access data for the app as for the QS database.
Information on QS residue monitoring
With residue monitoring, QS has installed an effective instrument for regular product controls in the fruit, vegetable and potato value chain: Compliance with the legally specified maximum residue levels (MRL) for plant protection products, post-harvest treatment agents, growth regulators, pollutants and nitrates as well as the admissibility of the detected active ingredients is monitored. All QS system partners involved in production and marketing take part in QS residue monitoring. For every sample taken as part of QS residue monitoring, a sample accompanying data record must be recorded in the QS database. To do this, the sampler registers all information about the sample (product, origin, ...) as well as about the sampling (quantity, date, commissioned laboratory ...). After registration and subsequent transmission of the sample to the responsible laboratory, the latter enters the respective analysis results into the QS database. All completed analyzes are then checked in the QS office.
