How to prepare a simple Ramen recipe

We see to need the following ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 200 grams of spinach
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 200 grams of ramen noodles

Scratch the ginger and peel and chop the garlic cloves that will fry in a pot with a tablespoon of olive oil. We add the chicken stock, the soy sauce, the mushrooms and 4 glasses of water. We raise the fire and when it starts to boil we lower it and keep it on a low heat for ten minutes.
Next we add the ramen noodles. Depending on whether they are fresh or they will not need a different cooking time. In the package usually indicate it.
In the last minutes of cooking add the spinach and the carrot cut very thin. Turn off the fire and it will be ready to serve!
