The application is dedicated to organizations that manage Return Points with manual collection of SGR packaging.
The application can be used for free, to verify the belonging of a package to the SGR system, by scanning the graphic bar code symbol. In the free mode of use, the application requires user account setup using an active email and password.
The application also provides additional functions, for a fee, which ensure the management of the operations of the Return Point, from the receipt of a returned SGR package, to the pick-up of the sealed bags by the carrier contracted by the SGR administrator.
By using the application in this way, the user is provided with the primary data that can prove or be opposed to any third party regarding the guarantees returned to customers or the actual collection of various types of packaging (volumes, type of material) that are the basis of settlements with the SGR administrator, as proof that that barcode has been read
correct at the time of return by the customer.
After installation on the mobile device, the application will request account configuration data, which will be used to identify the Return Point and the company to which it belongs, facilitating the management of several Work Points.
The collected packaging data is stored locally, and the user has the option of automatically submitting it for storage and/or further processing, as needed.

Through the scanning activity, a session dedicated to a customer returning SGR packaging is opened.
The application verifies and confirms the SGR membership of the returned packaging and includes it in the list of packaging returned by the first customer. The app also indicates which color of collection bag to use: pet/dose in
yellow bag, and bottle in green bag.
The user has the possibility to specify a number of packages of the same type, after the first scan; however, it is not recommended as only scanning one by one validates the decodability of the barcode.
Subsequent packages returned by the customer are scanned one by one, and when they are finished, the customer is logged out and the application displays the amount to be handed to the customer and locally stores the data associated with the return operation for that customer.
The application keeps a list of customers, along with the history of the returned packaging, the bags in which they were stored.
In each Return Point the application manages the open bags, in which the packages are taken and, at the time of sealing, the user will enter/scan the seal code and the bag will become available for transport.
At the time of handing over the bags to the carrier, the user will enter the shipping data and have it available for reporting.
The application provides reports on the amounts refunded as a guarantee and the status of the packages received, over time periods.
The reports also calculate the amounts corresponding to the settlement with the SGR administrator, taking into account all legal criteria.
The application subsequently allows the export of reports, in formats supported by ERP systems, for automatic integration.
