You can login in the application with your account created on www.FGO.ro. If you do not have an account, you can create a free one directly from the application.
The application automatically synchronizes with the web account.

• Access the PDF invoice and you can print it directly from the phone
• Track stocks - you keep track of quantities for each product; after setting up an initial stock (in your web account), the quantity will be automatically updated according to the invoices issued / returned / canceled;
• Add or modify clients and articles
• For each client you can add details such as the name of the contact person, the position, the sales agent to whom he is assigned or the number of days until the due date (different from the general one).
• Orders - you can manage orders received from customers (each sales agent can register his own orders and can only access his clients)
• Record the numbers for the entry / exit documents. The application automatically assigns the next available number
• Invoices from suppliers - quickly add invoices from suppliers and tax receipts or other documents that your accountant needs; you photograph the invoice from the supplier or the gas receipt and it is automatically synchronized with your web account, where the documents can be taken by the accountant



FGO.ro - Invoice Free Online

You can login to your FGO account both in the application and in the web broswer, by accessing the website www.fgo.ro from a laptop or computer.
The free FGO.ro account offers you a complete online billing solution, through which you can issue unlimited invoices, proformas and other documents. The FGO Premium account also brings you a number of advantages that you can access in a web browser:
• watermark and stamp on the invoice
• you can create several invoice profiles (if for example you bill different services, each with its own logo, bank or other information)
• online payment link on the invoice (integration with mobilePay)
• automatic generation of periodic invoices (recurrence) + automatic sending to the client's email
