Calculate amount 30% available for Unit Trust investment

2. Calculate EPF Amount 1 withdrawals for 4 times
using 30% limit

3. Calculate profit from Lump sum investment
input Amount, annual rate of return, number of years

4. Calculate profit from monthly investment
input Amount, annual rate of return, number of years

5. Total Units obtained when a client invests (buy).
using Total = (NAV)/ Unit Price
minus Service Charge (3%)

6. Profit obtained when a client sells (redeem).
using Total Units x Unit Price = (NAV)
