Kidney stones are one of the manifestations of urolithiasis, accompanied by the formation of salt stones in the kidneys. In the presence of kidney stones, characteristic symptoms are due to impaired urodynamics, changes in kidney function and the occurrence of an inflammatory process in the urinary tract. Urolithiasis occurs in men and women. Despite the fact that representatives of the stronger sex most often have kidney stones, the symptoms of the disease manifest themselves more and more severely in women. Symptoms of kidney stones are, first of all, clouding of the urine, the presence of sediment in it, a change in character (dark and thick urine appears at the beginning of the urination process).
