What you can do in the A3 Payments application:
- Pay for housing and communal services: rent, gas, electricity, water, heating, major repairs, garbage removal;
- Transmit meter readings;
- Pay for Internet;
- Pay using QR code;
- Pay without receipts - pay once, and then simply repeat the payment;
- Link your card to pay quickly and easily;
- Pay utilities for several apartments/houses;
- View payment history;
- Receive a payment receipt by email;
- Pay from any city.
We tell you how to pay:
1. Install this mobile application.
2. After installation, register in the application using your phone number, you will receive a verification code via SMS.
3. Next you need to find your service provider, for this you can:
- Scan the QR code from the receipt;
- Select a supplier from the list of proposed ones;
- Enter the name or TIN of the supplier in the search field.
4. Enter your personal account (you can find it on the receipt). When you scan the QR code, it will be filled in automatically.
5. Enter meter readings (if you have them and you want to transfer the readings).
6. Enter your card details for payment.
7. Come repeat the payment in a month :) You will not need to fill out everything again, we will save everything :)
Didn't find the supplier on the list?
-> Select from the list “Payment for housing and communal services using Taxpayer Identification Number (GIS Housing and Communal Services);
-> Enter your service provider's Taxpayer Identification Number (you can find it on your receipt);
-> Fill in the required fields.
If the payment amount is not loaded automatically, you can enter the amount from the receipt manually.
The payment can reach the recipient within three business days; you can find the payment receipt in the payment history in the application, and also receive it by email.
