1) You create and place an order on the website or in the application. All prices correspond to prices in stores. You can only pay for your order online by credit card.
2) You can order food delivery to your home or office. Delivery is only possible to addresses within our coverage area. Simple: when entering the site, enter the street name and house number, and the system will send you to an available store.
3) You choose the available delivery time: as quickly as possible, or an interval convenient for you.
4) On the sales floor of the store, your order is collected by a picker. Attentive and picky. As for yourself! Dairy products with the “freshest” date possible (from the depths of the shelf, of course!), whole eggs inside the package, prettier vegetables and fruits, etc. If any product in the store is out of stock or the product is in bad shape, the collector will call you, explain the situation and offer replacement options.
5) The cost of the order may change slightly during the order process. This happens if the order contains goods by weight or there were substitutions.
6) The order is packaged and awaits the courier to be sent to you.
7) If you don’t like anything after receiving your order, contact the site’s support service.
