Courier application is an additional product for convenient and efficient work of your business.

How does it work:
The driver receives orders in the application => puts the order on the map or in list form => his route is automatically generated in 2gis or Yandex.Navigator => as soon as the courier delivers the order, the application status changes to “delivered”.

Get order information quickly

The application simplifies communication between the courier and the dispatcher: all current information about new or canceled orders is updated automatically and displayed on the driver’s smartphone.
Generate a report for each shift
At the end of the day, the courier needs to press one button to make a report on the shift. It will reflect: the number of delivered, canceled and transferred orders.

Monitor the work of the courier

Thanks to the application, you can track the entire process of the driver. The application will clearly show:
- Checks and documents that the courier receives from the client;
- All cash and non-cash transactions: how much should he transfer the order to, whether he gave change or how much he owed to the buyer.

Upon completion of the order, the driver may note: how much packaging and money was received from the client, comments on the order, confirm its implementation.
Increase customer confidence
Buyers will always appreciate the openness and safety of the service. The application has a brief profile information: data of the courier and his car, the load capacity of the machine.

Reduce the chance of error

Before leaving for the route, the driver sees a complete list of necessary goods and additional equipment that he must take with him on the flight.

At peak hours, the dispatcher will be able to quickly distribute orders among couriers, depending on the spare bottles and delivery area.

After delivery, the customer will receive a notification requesting an evaluation of the order. Thus, you can track work efficiency, rating and reviews of each courier.

Additional features of the application:
- Orders are divided into 3 categories: “in operation”, “delivered”, “not delivered”. They are also divided by delivery intervals;
- Each order card contains detailed information: order serial number, address and delivery time, type of payment;
- All applications are visible on the map;
- You can pre-inform the client about the time when the courier will bring the order. This will significantly reduce the number of missed deliveries.
