This application completely duplicates the user functionality of the web service "Personal Account of the Housing and Utilities Payer". The main functionality contains:

- Formation of receipts for payment;
- Payment of receipts by credit card;
- Setting up electronic delivery of receipts;
- Transmission of meter readings;
- Details of charges and payments.
