The directory contains all the main categories of diodes and diode pairs: rectifier diodes, Schottky barrier diodes, fast and switch diodes, RF and PIN diodes, Zener diodes. There are also rectifier diode bridges - single-phase and three-phase.
The directory provides two ways to search for diodes in the database - by parameters and by name. Search by name is convenient if you have a diode, diode pair or rectifier bridge and need find out its type and characteristics. To do this, you need to type characters from its name, and the table below will immediately display those diodes, diode pair or bridge that have this sequence of characters in their names.
To search by parameters, first select the appropriate category of diodes. Then the ranges of values of the necessary parameters for the selected type of diodes are specified. Diodes that meet the specified parameters will also be displayed in the table below.
In both cases, clicking on one of the lines opens a page with a detailed description of the selected diode. The description, in addition to the parameters for selection, will contain all the parameters of the diode from the reference database. In addition, a replacement for this diode, diode pair, or rectifier bridge will be offered below - other diodes, pairs, or bridges, respectively, whose main parameters are not worse or slightly better.
