The “MFC of Tatarstan” application is an information assistant for visitors to the “My Documents” centers.

This application is intended for planning a visit to the My Documents centers.

Mobile application features:
- authentication through ESIA;
- obtaining information on services provided through the MFC;
- pre-registration for an appointment (deleting an appointment) at the selected MFC to submit an application and receive the result of the service;
- obtaining information on the operating hours of the MFC;
- checking the status of the case (submitted application);
- receiving notifications about appointments and changes in case status;
- evaluation of the service provided.

Note:
The application is not intended for consultation by MFC employees.
