Personal Area

The personal account is a whole series of sections, interconnected by seamless integrations, replacing almost all departments of a regular polyclinic. This project is a digital analogue of a real clinic. In the project, the user can take a diagnostic survey online, get a consultation without leaving home by telemedicine, pay and call a nurse or a doctor at home, also select the nearest clinic for a health check, and then automatically receive the test results, expert opinions in his personal account.

Risks

The section is designed to identify the risks of developing diseases.

The user answers the questions of the questionnaire compiled by the leading specialists of Russian medicine. In the development of algorithms for examinations and periodicity of health checks, international resources were used, such as:

The algorithm analyzes the user's answers and, on their basis, gives the risks of developing diseases. Risks are represented as icons of problems and organs on the image of a person. There are three types of risks and each is highlighted with a corresponding color: High - Red, Medium - Yellow, Low - Green.

Recommendations

The recommendations section is intended for many further user actions. The algorithm, based on data on risks and on the basis of data from the results of laboratory tests of incoming and passed examinations according to the proposed schedule, generates individual recommendations for changing lifestyle, on the need for an additional examination or visiting a doctor.

This section is also a provider to the ecosystem aimed at creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When analyzing medical data on risks, analyzing laboratory research, the algorithm can advise purchases, events, books and other life hacks related to health.

Doctors and clinics

The section is intended for selecting a clinic or doctor and making an appointment. This part of the project is an aggregator of medical services. When the time comes for a health check, the user is invited to use the selection of a specialist or institution based on: geography, rating, price, specialist experience.

Medical archive

The section contains information on completed studies and visits to doctors.

The section is automatically loaded with information from laboratory information systems and medical information systems, and it is also possible to add user data manually. That is, in fact, it is possible to completely digitize the entire paper medical history of the user.

Monitoring

Monitoring is the dynamics of all quantitative laboratory indicators and to accommodate various indicators of physical activity from wearable devices.

The Monitoring section contains graphs of various indicators (for example, heart rate, weight, blood pressure, etc.), they are designed to automatically receive information from wearable devices.

Separately, in automatic mode, data on all laboratory parameters are pulled up and placed on graphs, which gives an informative picture to both the user and his attending physician about changes in indicators in any period.
