IBEX is a service that provides freight transportation services for individuals and legal entities.

The service is suitable for cargo transportation of any scale:
⁃ from small furniture to a small apartment move
⁃ from small batches of goods to large deliveries for your business

Each order is calculated based on mileage, cargo dimensions, traffic situation and other parameters. The cost of transportation is fixed and known in advance. The price already includes the necessary time for loading and unloading*.

In the app you can:
- calculate the cost of the order
- place an order according to your requirements
- track changes in order statuses and the movement of your cargo on the map
- evaluate order fulfillment
- pay for the order in a convenient way: in cash, by bank card or by account

The fleet of our drivers varies from cars (0.4t) to large-sized (10t). When choosing a tariff, additional parameters are available: body type, type of loading and number of loaders**.

You can order the help of 1 or 2 loaders. The cost of the services of the loader will be included in the cost of the order. The work of the loader begins from the moment the goods are loaded at the first point and ends at the moment the goods are unloaded at the end point.

*Loading/unloading is provided from 10 to 60 minutes depending on the tariff and region. Additional waiting for loading / unloading is paid in excess of the fixed cost.
