Recognize invalid:
- Order of the Ministry of Energy of Russia dated January 13, 2003 N 6 "On approval of the Rules for the technical operation of consumer electrical installations";
- paragraph two of clause 2 of the order of the Ministry of Energy of Russia dated September 13, 2018 N 757 "On approval of the Rules for switching in electrical installations".
