In the application, the technician can view the current requests that are in progress, completed, information on the request, the reason for the request (Type of request), the comment of the operator who created the request, the status of the request. It can also view events received by the monitoring station (RCS) server in the "Security Center" software, so there is no need to call the operator and ask what events were received by the object in the "Security Center".
