The application "Tickets and traffic rules from the Traffic Rules Master" is intended for preparing for passing the theoretical exam for obtaining a driver's license offline (without access to the Internet). The application contains the current text of traffic rules and can be used to resolve controversial issues that arise during road traffic.

The application is not an official application of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
