Eli Satsebeli" is a network of urban neo-bistros with Georgian cuisine from the Simindi Group restaurant group.
The focus is on traditional recipes, reinterpreted in a modern way. The menu includes spicy lobio, pkhali, burrata from naduga, khinkali with lamb or with shrimp, khachapuri from the oven, lula on fire and the hit of all desserts - Tbilisi donuts.
