Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin is the greatest Russian poet and writer, the creator of the Russian literary language, and the author of beloved fairy tales. Generations of children were raised on his tales. These tales remain relevant and meaningful today. Pushkin took most of the plots for his tales from folk tales told to him by his nanny, Arina Rodionovna, which have ancient Vedic roots.
