Broker is an electronic platform licensed by the Real Estate General Authority and the Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Infath), designed to organize real estate auctions in Saudi Arabia electronically and securely.

? Our auction types:
Timed Auction: Electronic bidding with a specific time.

Live Auction: In-person or online.

Sealed Envelope Auction: You enter your bid once, and your results are displayed after the auction ends.

? How to participate in auctions:
Log in via your national access (with your ID number and confirmation code).

Make sure the deposit is available in your wallet.

Enter your bid and confirm it.

? About the deposit:
The deposit is deducted upon entering the auction.

If you don't win: The deposit will be automatically returned to you within 7 business days.

If you win: You must pay the remaining amount within 3 business days.

You can request that the deposit be transferred to your bank account (provided that you enter your IBAN and account certificate).

⏰ Automatic Extension System:
If a bid occurs within the last few minutes, the time will automatically extend by 10 minutes to allow for fair competition.

✅ Registration Requirements:
You must be over 18 years old.

You must be legally competent.

You agree to the terms and conditions.

Your wallet will be recharged with the security deposit.
