It was authenticated on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, as in Sahih Muslim and others. The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Do not make your homes graves, for Satan flees from the house in which Surat Al-Baqarah is recited.
And he, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: Read the Qur’an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection as an intercessor for its companions. Read the cow, for taking it is a blessing and leaving it is a heartbreak, and the magicians cannot do it. narrated by Muslim.
On the authority of Abu Masoud, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Whoever recites the two verses from the end of Surat Al-Baqarah on a night will suffice him. Narrated by Al-Bukhari.
The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi arranges every written prayer, nothing prevents him from entering Paradise except that he dies. Narrated by women and horses in the true small mosque.
On the authority of Al-Nu’man bin Bashir, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: God wrote a book two thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and authenticated by Al-Albani in Sahih Al-Jami Al-Sagheer.
Al-Manawi said in Fayd al-Qadeer: Taking it means persevering in reciting it and working with it as a blessing, i.e., increase and growth.
And the reader said: Taking it, that is, persevering in reciting it, reflecting on its meanings, and working with what includes blessing, is any great benefit.
As for the hadith: God Almighty did not disappoint a servant who rose in the dead of the night and opened Surat Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran. It was weakened by Al-Albani in Weak Whole.
And what Abu Dharr included in his virtues on the authority of Saeed bin Abi Hilal, he said: It has reached me that there is no slave who recites Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran in a rak’ah before prostrating himself and then asks God for something but He will give it to him.
This effect was mentioned by Al-Suyuti in Al-Durr Al-Manthur, and his chain of transmission was not mentioned, and Saeed bin Abi Hilal was a follower.
