First ask the counter department for the username and password to enter the system (IMPORTANT. Only applies to new developments in the city of León Gto).

Once the data is provided when entering, 3 sections are displayed.

The first section shows the search for procedures, you can view it by folio, service, development.

The second section shows the procedures that are in process, which you can see if they are on time, due or already expired, you will see detailed information about your procedure and the status in which it is.

The third section shows the procedures that have been completed or canceled, the information about said procedure is displayed.
