TapTon is the newest approach payment method (NFC) through your cell phone, without the need for a machine.

You must have a cell phone with an NFC antenna and an Android operating system from version 9.0.

It is also necessary to have internet on your cell phone to carry out transactions.

It is worth mentioning that Apple does not yet have this functionality available.

How do I make sure I can use TapTon on my phone?

The universal rule is that the cell phone must have an NFC Antenna and have Android 9.0 or higher! For now TapTon is not yet available for iOS.

To confirm if your device is compatible with TapTon you need to have the Ton app installed, access your account. On the app's home screen, tap "Sell Now" and enter any amount to continue.

The next screen will show whether your device is compatible with TapTon or not. If it is not supported, you can tap "Sell by TapTon" to understand why.
