India is struggling with various diseases for past many years and has imposed several challenges to its healthcare system. UNICEF (Uttar Pradesh) has been instrumental in working with the Government, giving on field support to community and combating various diseases. Many success stories have come up from the field and such health warriors are in turn helping the people in need, giving them necessary aid. Hence the app has been developed by Public Health Foundation of India for the warriors (Vijeta) to provide feedback of patients to whom assistance has been given. The features of the app are:

1. Reporting the cases where warriors have given assistance

2. Contact directory to help the patient in need and give relevant numbers to the patients

3. Repository to share videos with the patients which can motivate them and give some tips for a healthy lifestyle.
