Workout programming and getting the right balance between training and recovery is challenging, HRV Score will help you plan, log, analyze, and share all your workouts.


HARDWARE
HRV Score requires additional hardware, preferably a chest strap style heart rate sensor that is able to transmit heart rate data, including unaltered R-R intervals using Bluetooth. For a list of tested sensors, please see https://hrvscore.app/sensors

Depending on your intended use, e.g. you would only like to record your workouts your sensor doesn’t need to be able to transmit R-R intervals.

POLAR SENSORS
Polar sensors have internal memory that can store heart rate data for training sessions. Follow the instructions in the app to use your sensor as an independent training device together with HRV Score.
